A Beautiful Wedding

My beautiful friend got married! Her St. Patrick’s Day wedding was SO lovely and quaint. I’m so glad I could make it down to be a part of it. Both the ceremony and reception took place at the Lamberton Conservatory in Rochester, NY. Unfortunately, William and I couldn’t stay for the post wedding celebratory Pub hop since we had a long drive ahead of us the following day, but we sincerely enjoyed the time we were there. I wore my newly sewn Colette Pastille dress, paired with a matching Negroni shirt for Wil. Yeah, we’re cool like that ;)

Get ready for a whole slew of photos!

(Although I took these photos, pretty please out of respect for my friend, do not share, pin, or repost any. Thank you!)

My friend made handmade the guest book, cake topper, and favors! She’s so talented. Of course we had corned beef and cabbage for dinner. It was so good! The bride and groom opted for cupcakes instead of traditional cake (gluten-free carrot!) displayed on an awesome cake stand purchased from Etsy.

Super amazingly beautiful right?! I’m really bummed my camera died half way through the night. I managed to get some good shots while the battery lasted though so it’s all good.

Much love and well wishes to the newly weds!! xo

How ’bout them Baby’s Tears?! Seriously, who names a plant that…

So pretty! I went to school in Rochester… how is it I never knew about the conservatory?

I used to live in Rochester for a time, and I never knew about it then either! I believe it was pretty recently renovated and restored, and not open to the public for quite some time before that. …I think.

Me too! A lot of themed wedding end up being kind of cheesy, but this one was so well done! Very classy :)
