You must leave one comment including your first name, valid email address, and a quick sentence about your sewing plans for the upcoming season. (For example, I really want to make a wool cape for Fall!)

This giveaway is extended internationally.

You must leave your comment before Friday, August 3rd at Midnight (EST)

The winner will be chosen via random number generator, and will be announced on Monday, August 6th!

Check out Sarah’s blog for a chance to win some hot pink ric-rac, and Erin’s blog for a chance to win 1 yard of her awesome flamingo fabric!!

Not participating in the sew-alongs? Don’t fret! I’m planning more giveaways for the future!

Good Luck!

I’d love to participate in the macaroon sew along. I’ve started sewing clothes (mostly for my boys) in the last year, and I’d like the “pressure” of the sew along to do something for myself–and finish it!

  • Hi, I’m Tina. I’ve got big plans to join the Macaroon sew along (it’s been on my “WANT! WANT! WANT!” list for ages. However, I seem to be a bit of a slacker as I have not yet purchased the pattern. ::Headdesk. Best get on that! For this fall, I’d like to sew myself a pair of pants–I haven’t decided if I want a pair of jean-type pants or a heavy linen.

I love the pink heart buttons – what a great giveaway. I’ve signed up to Flikr for my first ever sewalong. I’m thinking brown polka dots and pink lace for my Macaron. Summer sewing plans some Iris shorts – feeling sporty because the Olympics are taking over my home town. Thanks Lucky Lucille. My blog is

I’m currently working on the Cambie dress. Hopefully I will have it finished by Sunday because I’m meeting up with Christine (What’s up Cupcake) and I want something new to wear!

  • Oooh, fun! I’m such a sucker for cute buttons, even though I’m too irrationally afraid to make button holes! I don’t what my sewing plans are for the next season… or even next week… but I’m definitely enjoying rehashing the 5 patterns from the original Colette sewalong. Maybe a Meringue next?
(I *think* you can see my email through my Discus account – i’d rather not type it out here! 🙂

  • I’m joining for the Macaron sewalong! Yayhoo! I’ve never worked with piping before and I’d love to try!

  • Fantastic! I’m Katie, and I am so looking forward to the Macaron sewalong! I have one planned out and maybe even two this go-around 🙂 Also hoping to do a bunch of beach-y sewing for our vacation at the end of August! kathryn(dot)lee79(at)

Hi, I plan to sewalong with the macaron sewalong. For the colder season (or even UK summer) I want to make a cape. I just bought some felted fabric in a light grey and want to add some embroidery and m documenting this on my blog. 🙂

    Yay for giveaways!
I’m Anna and next on my sewing list is the Macaron dress for the sewalong!

I’ve had a blast doing Sew Colette so far. I haven’t thought too much about the fall yet. But I think knits and pants are on my to try list.

  • Lizzy

As I’m an Aussie looking forward to spring/summer I’ll be making a cotton voile long sleeve tunic to wear on the beach!

I am hoping to make this the autumn of pants. Have recently ordered the Sewholic Thurlow pattern and hope that works better for me than the Colette Clover which I set aside temporarily with frustration and some fury.

Next up is the Macron of course but sadly am not having any luck finding fabric like Mom’s Dress:
