As if one birthday giveaway wasn’t enough, Judy at Vintage4me2 and I had been planning another special November giveaway, since we both have birthdays this month. What better way to celebrate than with MORE presents for you?! I know, Judy is the best.

vintage4me2_1940s

Since the 19th was my 26th birthday, Judy is offering a very generous $26.00 USD credit to her eBay shop for one lucky winner, AND a 26% off coupon code for ALL to use until the 28th!

To use the coupon code: Visit the Vintage4me2 eBay shop and select any item with the “Buy it Now” option.

Hi! I shared the link for http://www.ebay.com/itm/1940s-Stellar-WWII-Shirtwaist-Dress-Pattern-Vintage-1942-Simplicity-Design-38-B-/131049214793?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item1e83245349 on my Timeline and friends list on Facebook today. I love the lines of both versions of the dress, and I’m hoping I can squeeze out the money from the budget to get the pattern!

I put up a really awesome 40′s coat pattern on my Pinterest (and tagged you) but I’m sure I’ll be pinning other patterns before too long. I’m shocked by the sheer number of patterns she has on there! Thanks for the giveaway!— ps, I turn 26 in 2 weeks, too!

I shared the link to the 1940s Gorgeous Two Piece Peplum Dress Pattern Unused 1947 Simplicity Design 36 B on Facebook, Pinterest, and Twitter. You should hopefully be tagged in all of them!

I’m just teaching myself how to properly sew (instead of the haphazard draping method of costuming and hand stitching that has served me over the past years) in order to create vintage styled garments for myself right now, so winning a pattern would be a huge bonus!

I can be reached at amandjstock@gmail.com.

Hi! It has taken me so long to make up my mind but I have finally plumped for a 1950s blouse with endless possibilities…I was so tempted to pin yet another gorgeous 50s style dress but I just think this blouse is gorgeous and most importantly, something I would wear again and again and again!
