Pattern Hack: Archer Shirtdress Modification

In cased you missed it, I recently shared a tutorial over on the Harts Fabric blog for their Sew Your Hart Out September event. I was inspired by a shirtdress I saw on Anthropologie’s website and thought the Archer Button Up would be the perfect fit for a pattern hack. I have to say, I’m really happy with the way my version turned out!

This was such an easy modification to do, and if you’re interested in making a similar mod to your Archer pattern, check out my full tutorial over on the Harts Blog!

I’m really looking forward to making several more versions of this dress for Fall since they’re excellent for layering and the shape is super comfortable. You can’t ask for much more than that in my book.

The Archer Button Up has quickly become my favorite pattern and I’m always looking for new ways to wear it, so if you have any favorite Archer “hacks” please share a link so I can check it out!
